After 43 reviews i was pretty much had it..Still seething about the scratches comment..In me I felt angry for the first time for i knew what he meant.I felt discriminated and once again dirty..I ignored the phone message hoping it would go away part of me who is not me  feeling like crap because of it the other half relieved as i was saved from the confrotaion and the worry...Like a rocking horse not going anywhere..
